Receive staging estimate

We include a customized package
of options for you to choose. You approve the estimate with any add-ons, then: Sign the staging agreement. Make payment.Secure installation date.

Step 3

Installation

Includes packing, loading, delivery
& installation of staging inventory. We bring all the furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, bedding & décor from our designer curated furniture inventory. Experts complete Installation in less than a day.

Step 4

De-Staging & Removal

After you receive an offer you’ll provide us your move out notice by emailing beau@landbdesigns.com.
L & B Designs will contact you to schedule your move out and complete move out services.

We measure, take photos, and analyze the space.

Step 3

Send the quote

We provide a vision board for the project with a compressive break down of the project’s cost for your sign off.

Step 4

Purchasing appointment

We meet to finalize the projects cost utilizing a detailed line by line break down of purchasing.

Step 5

Buying and scheduling delivery

We buy the furniture and schedule deliveries. Based on product deliveries we take partnership with you for the installation date(s).

Step 6

Install

Final stage is the installation! We stage the home and install each room with a fast turn over to get you into your dream home.
